Our consulting engineering team designed the first net zero school in the nation and continues to set the standard within the industry. Our performance contracting group works on energy efficiency projects in both existing and new facilities. This work includes a variety of services such as lighting upgrades, HVAC replacements, and installing geothermal systems, which reduce energy usage within buildings. Photovoltaic systems are implemented to offset the remaining electrical usage within these buildings.
